My friendly purpose has been to offer forward to your consideration the synopsis of our intent to come into a collegial business relationship with you at this KCR enterprise … And, we do so only through an ethic of good conspiracy (as Trudeau noted in Marilyn Ferguson’s 1980 Aquarian Conspiracy).
Certainly, you do not require any specific collaboration with our information or technologies – and, we are talking proven and unfolding processing that is both bankable and a tax advantage regarding R&D. 
It is with regard to both of your senses of history and economics that we have continued to campaign for a confidential mutual interests meeting here in Victoria.
Our national and international energy development background folds back to 1960. And, we have been developing federally and provincially sponsored EIAs & funding energy projects since 1990. Our SVS-IHHI boilerplate is designed for survival habitats in extreme climate change environments – concentrating on sustainable / renewable electric. In 1995 we entered into a continued collaboration with a science team that improved our long-term technological mission to utilize plasma energies.
On June 25th U.S. President Obama unfolded his current Climate Change Agenda. He has a certain commitment to Native American heritage, customs and traditions / adopted in 2008 by the Black Eagle Crow family; now bearing the name awe kooda bilaxpak kuxshish (One who helps people throughout the land).

Here, in Canada, we are staunchley seeking out similar and realistic solutions to these eco-economic dilemmas : How To Evolve From A Fossil-Fuel Based Economy; And, Into A Sustainable, Renewable Energy World ?
It remains incumbent upon the three North American Nations to collaborate in these issues of environmental integrity and accountability. And, indigenous Original Peoples do play a critical role in the eventual success of meeting these extreme climate change shifts.
The L.O.E. Continuum Asset Trust remains a viable option in quickly meeting these challenges through both economic and environmental paradigms; as well as bridging the outstanding unresolved land, customs and traditions indigenous People's claims that may become substantial legal arguments at three international human rights tribunals (including OIPC) - as well as before the UN International Court of Justice.
